Latcho Drom, (“Safe Journey”) a musical documentary which takes viewers on a lyrical, thought-provoking, visually stunning journey along the paths of the Romani (Gypsy) diaspora, told through musicians and dancers of India, Egypt, Turkey, Romania, Hungary, Slovakia, France, and Spain. This well- loved film was written and directed by French/Romani filmmaker Tony Gatlif and the cast is comprised of Romani people sharing their culture.
