Wow, what a street fair! Thank you to everyone who sponsored, attended, had a vendor booth and brought their Belmont businesses out onto the street for the day so we could all laugh and play and enjoy what makes SE Portland shine.
This was a collaborative event with the work and support of the Belmont Area Business Association and the Sunnyside Neighborhood Association – living out the balance we strike every day between the needs and desires of neighbors, people visiting the neighborhood and what it takes to run successful local businesses.

A big day is coming for The Belmont at 38th and Belmont. After months of construction, studio and one bedroom apartments are leasing out with October move in dates, some still available, and soon there will be two new retail businesses open on the ground floor, one still available.
