The Late Now, the “thinking mammal’s avant-variety-talk show” presents its twenty-fifth spectaculous installment, The Dream Argument, Saturday, November 8 at 7:30 pm live at Vie de Bohème, 1530 SE 7th Ave.
This oddly-hilarious and perceptively surreal toast of the town is hosted by the eccentrifugal Leo Daedalus. Guests this time around feature PDX drag clown Carla Rossi accompanied by Maria Choban; KARL 9000 – Electrical Phrenology Dream Unit; Danger Rorschach with extreme fingerpaintist Jenny Breed; a live radio play starring Plato, Descartes and Taoist Master Zhuàngzi; live music by Three For Silver, The Late Now’s house band extraordinaire and don’t miss epistemologist Trace Montane asking Lewis Carroll’s question: “…If the Red King left off dreaming about you, where do you suppose you’ d be?” and much more! In this parallel universe, dada has won the war.
