Posada Milagro is a one day festival celebrating the magic of Christmas with friends and family at Milagro Theatre. Since 1991, Milagro has presented Christmas programs and this year marks the 13th Posada Milagro. It’s a free community celebration filled with Latin American traditions reflecting upon the journey of Mary and Joseph in their search for winter refuge; a story that is always relevant.

aposada-picTickets for the performances are free and distributed on a first come/first served basis beginning at 1 pm day of show.

There will be kids’ crafts, folkloric dance by Ballet Papalotl, music by Huitzilin, storytelling for children under 5, and two showings of a brand new Pastorela (at 2 pm and 4 pm) written by Gersson Salazar and directed by Santos Herrera.

There will be piñatas and traditional foods for sale from Tortillería y Tienda de Leon and once again, Milagro has partnered with Oregon Food Bank to collect food for its hunger-relief agencies throughout Oregon and Clark County, Washington. Bring canned food/non-perishable items to help make this food drive a success.
