HARDLY STRICTLY IRISH is a St. Patrick’s concert at Tabor Space, 5441 SE Belmont, and an intimate evening of songs, stories, tunes and blarney with Lauren Sheehan, Kate Power and  Steve Einhorn., two Irish lasses from New England and a Jewish guy from New York, Saturday March 9 at 7:30 pm. LAMENTATIO: MUSIC FOR HOLY WEEK by Cantores in Ecclesia, directed by Blake Applegate, Sunday, March 24, at St. Stephen’s Catholic Church, 1112 SE 41st Ave. at 3 pm. The concert features Tallis’ Lamentations of Jeremiah and works by Caldara, Giles, Lassus, Palestrina and Purcell. The group has sung in Mexico, Spain, France, England and Italy. NEW MOON SUMMER CAMP THEATRE take place at Grout Elementary School, SE Holgate & 32nd St. Two, two week long camps for students ages 8 – 18 each day from 9 am to 3 pm , Camp 1 is July 8 – 19 with Law & Disorder: The Case of B. ATHOL FUGARD’S BLOOD KNOT premiered in Johannesburg in 1961 and was the first South African play with an interracial cast. It was immediately shut down by the government. That won’t happen here, but context is everything. Profile Theatre presents the play through March 17.
