Past President Todd Cleek will be representing D/CBA on the Venture Portland board starting in May as Sydney Mead retires to work on other Division/Clinton projects.

Carter and Rose is beginning its build-out of the former art gallery at 3601 SE Division St. We’re not quite sure what they’ll add to our district. It’s a delicious mystery.

This summer, OHSU Richmond Clinic will be celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Community Health Centers. CHC offers routine health and social services including conferences with general practitioners.

Clients include the insured, uninsured, underinsured, low-income and those living in areas where little access to primary health care is available. Richmond is one of three CHCs supported in part by OHSU.  They are also big participants in our street fair, so look for them in late July.

Block’s Delicious Daily has closed and is moving to the Northwest area.

Rumor says a French restaurant is moving into the former St jack’s at 26th and Clinton St. Pedal PT on Clinton has achieved the American League of Bicyclists Gold Level.

Shamaine Coffee has finally opened Coffee Kids at 3354 SE Division. Her first store continues to be in St Johns.
