Allison James Estates & Homes of Oregon recently moved into 4005 SE Division. Allison James is connected to Soroko International, which offers homes all over the world. Allison specializes in local housing.
The Geode is Martin Eichinger’s dream for his building at 2502 SE Division. The completed building will offer three large office suites on each of the 2nd and 3rd floors and a large retail space on the ground floor. Wild moved into the SW corner of Martin Eichinger’s building nearly a year ago. Wild is Gabriel Paez’ digital creative agency, which develops virtual reality software. Wild’s software allows you to wear a headset and experience a virtual reality view of a physical space. They plan to hold a launch party at a future date.
Matt Hurley recently opened Loon at 2865 SE Division, a friendly neighborhood bar where folk can relax for an evening, watch games and listen to music. It’s across the street from Tidbit Food Farm.
Richmond Community Church at SE 40th and Division has added a Japanese immersion preschool and a one day a month medical clinic. They offer a food pantry, serve regular lunches and have clothing and small household items available to the homeless.
Son of a Biscuit is gone. The blue building at 2054 SE Division will house the Garden Bar Salad Company, who are branching out from the Pearl District. Make your own salad or order one. Garden Bar has applied for a liquor license.
2215 SE Division (Bella Spa building) is available through Commercial Realty Advisors. It has onsite parking.
