Oregon’s eviction ban originally set to expire on September 30, has been extended by the Multnomah County Board of Commissioners who approved an extension for County residential renters through the end of the year.
Through January 8, 2021, renters in Multnomah County cannot be evicted for failing to pay their rent. The six-month grace period for repayment will now begin January 8, 2021.
