The Point Break Comedy and Meatball Sammich Festival with Mav Viola and Brent Weinbach

A pop-up comedy festival featuring headliners Mav Viola (Two Dykes & a Mic Tour; Boston Women in Comedy Festival), Kiry Shabazz (Comedy Central; The Tonight Show) and Brent Weinbach (Comedy Central; Amazon; Andy Kaufman Award Winner) and over 30 national and regional comedians, improvisors and local drag queen favorites. The Point Break Comedy and Meatball Sammich Festival is partnered with the Funhouse Lounge’s licensed production of the wildly popular Point Break: LIVE! stage adaptation where each night an audience member steps into the role of Keanu Reeves. The festival lineup includes showcases of LGBTQIA standups headlined by Mav Viola; a new headlining set of Brent Weinbach comedy witchcraft; a professional wrestling-themed Midnight Melee where the victor will earn a spot on the festival closing show; multiple comedy brunches at Suki’s Legendary Bar and Grill; Heavy Metal Bingo; meatball sandwiches and so much more.

Which runs every Thursday-Sunday at 7 PM at the Funhouse Lounge now until the end of March.
