The Friends of Portland Community Gardens hosts an ice cream social in Sewallcrest Community Garden (SE 32nd Ave. and SE Market St.) Saturday, August 15, 1-3 pm. Enjoy ice cream, learn about the city’s community garden program, tour Sewallcrest Garden and learn about the work the Friends of Portland Community Gardens do to help community gardens in Portland.
