Portland Community College will offer a brand new non-credit class called “The Secret Life of Emotions” at the CLIMB Center for Advancement (1626 SE Water Ave.) on three Tuesday evenings starting January 22nd. Being a late addition to the schedule, the class was not advertised in the printed bulletin.
