We’ve a busy new year ahead in the Division/Clinton neighborhood. Parking has become an issue, so your D/CBA Board wrote a letter to PBOT, requesting existing parking rules be enforced as written. The building at 3150 will soon have Zoom Dental and D&W Cafe. The Oregonian has heaped praises on both Pizza Maria (3060 SE Division) and Atlas Pizza (3570) for different reasons. Salt & Straw has received recognition from Forbes magazine for turning one cart into three shops with 130 original flavors. Draft Magazine’s 100 Best Beer Bars featured six PDX locales, including APEX (1216 SE Division) and Imperial (3090).
Sadly, we’ve said goodbye to Lane Gallery and The Press Club. Both spots are currently vacant.
