Casey Neill & The Norway Rats are bringing in the green Friday March 17 in a St Patrick’s Day bash at the Doug Fir, 830 E. Burnside St. A set of Neill’s burn down the house originals will be followed by a live version of the entire Pogues’ album,  If I Should Fall From Grace With God  with guests Ezra Holbrook, fiddler Kathryn Claire, and a real horn section.

Neill is a member of Northwest power pop collective The Minus 5 too and sings and writes for Japanese/American band Big Bridges. Last year, Big Bridges had two sold-out tours of Japan. He maintains a rigorous international tour schedule with his band and solo.

The My Oh Mys a 5-piece Portland rock band open. The band consists of Jeff Baxter, Anders Bergstrom, Tom Nunes, Bones Caragol, Ezra Holbrook and Ms Michael Jodell.
