The empty triangle lot across from New Seasons, 1947 SE Division St. was donated by the county to Community Vision. They’ll open Seven Corners Community Collaborative and host other non-profits and a few retail spaces as well. Community Vision creates and maintains housing for people with developmental disabilities.
The house at 3021 SE Division will be razed and replaced by a four story apartment building with 27 units, all under 440 sq. feet. Most units will be behind Rudy’s barbershop on the L-shaped lot. There will be no retail, and the building should open around Summer 2016.
