Grants ranging from $300 – $4,000 are available for community projects through SE Uplift’s Small Grant Program. The goals of the program are to increase the number and diversity of people who are involved and engaged in the broader community; strengthen community capacity to create change by building community leadership, identity, skills, relationships and partnerships; and increase community impact on public decisions and community life. The deadline to apply is February 6 and a grant workshop to prepare for applying is January 7 at the Woodstock Library, 6008 SE 49th Ave in the Community Room.
