November 3 Election Ballot Drop Box Sites

If you haven’t already turned in your ballot for the Tuesday, November 3 election, the best plan is to return it to an Official Ballot Drop Box. Election officials have recommended that those mailing ballots through USPS do so at least a week before the election, which was October 27.
Ballots can be dropped off at Multnomah County Duniway-Lovejoy Elections Building, 1040 SE Morrison St. The 24-hour Official Ballot Drop Site is a slot available to pedestrians on the north side of the building as well as a drive-up Official Ballot Drop Box located on both SE 11th Ave. and SE Belmont St.
In addition, there are numerous 24-hour Official Ballot Drop Sites throughout Portland where ballots can be dropped off until 8 pm on Election Day. In SE Portland, Official Ballot Drop Boxes can be found at Belmont, Holgate, Midland, Rockwood, Sellwood-Moreland and Woodstock libraries. For location details, visit multcolib.org/hours-and-locations. There is also an Official Ballot Drop Box in the plaza of the Portland Mercado, 7238 SE Foster Rd.
