Milepost 5’s all-resident show runs July 9 – 26, opening one week later than usual Friday, July 11, 6 pm to 9 pm in the Denizen Room, Lofts Gallery and Gallery 5. Featured artists are Tara Tamaribuchi, Kimberly Bookman, Robert Post and Luke Heinrich.
Tara Tamaribuchi (pictured at right) says “These works are a response to the developments in drawing of my five-year-old daughter. Over the last four years, I have witnessed these developments, from simple circles and scribbles, to a head with eyes and stick arms, to a head with shapes for the body and arms, legs, feet and hands.”
