Countryside Community Church in Sherwood has released a Christmas album, Follow That Star, an eleven-song album with four traditionals, and seven new songs, written by Countryside musicians.
Total album proceeds are being donated to Africa New Life (africanewlife.org), based in SE Portland to the general meals fund in Rwanda Africa.
Thirty+ musicians wrote and recorded and one song, Birth of Salvation, was written and performed by a youth group from the church.
Angels We Have Heard on High is by Mickey Sievers, who has performed for several presidents and with John Williams.
