Four out of five seats on Portland’s City Council are being decided in this upcoming election and the Primary is May 19. Last time, only 35 percent of those who could, voted in the primary. PORTLAND RADIO PROJECT – The Open List is a new radio show to get the word out about the important product or service you provide.
